Tickets are only $150 and include: appetizers, premium wines from Aperture Cellars, demonstrations, Joe Sasto book sales and signing of Breaking the Rules, all while supporting the Culinary Institute of America, Les Dames D’Escoffier and the LGBTQ Community Center Food Bank.
