Executive Chef Jose Torres is as talented as he is inspirational. Having grown up in Coachella Valley with roots in the farming community, Jose developed an affinity for fresh ingredients and bold flavors. Over the course of his 17+ years at Classic Club in various culinary positions, Chef Jose has evolved as a chef to produce cuisine that seamlessly marries Asian, Hispanic and Californian flavors with hints of Mediterranean influence. Chef Jose creates thoughtful and thought-provoking dishes that strive to be authentic to his style while relying on ingredients that appeal to a broad spectrum of consumers.

Chef Jose is a passionate innovator who has dedicated his career to continuously growing and learning as a professional and finds his greatest joy in bringing new and exciting menu items to the team and the guests at Bellatrix and Classic Club.
