Chef Herve Glin

When you dine in one of our PGA WEST^® restaurants, the flavors on your plate tell only part of the story. Behind each dish is a team of talented chefs, guided by vision, creativity and experience. At the helm of that vision is Chef Hervé Glin, recently promoted to Senior Executive Chef, bringing his decades of culinary mastery to elevate every aspect of our dining experience.

Chef Hervé’s journey in the kitchen is one marked by innovation and excellence. Before joining our team at PGA WEST, he served as Executive Chef at Parker Palm Springs, where he led multiple restaurants known for their inventive menus and high-touch service. He brings that same creativity and leadership to our portfolio, supporting chefs in a strategic advisory role and helping our teams reach the next level of culinary distinction.

In his new role, Chef Hervé will focus on building and mentoring a team of top culinary talent, guiding the next generation of kitchen leaders. He will also lead menu creativity, crafting seasonal dishes designed to surprise and delight guests. Across every property, he will raise the bar for fine dining, ensuring that each dining experience reflects the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Chef Herve’s impact goes beyond the kitchen. He is deeply committed to community and has generously contributed his time and talent to The Pendleton Foundation, which supports local families facing cancer. His dedication to mentorship, service and giving back embodies the values that define our PGA WEST Club culture. With Chef Hervé leading the culinary vision, our Members and guests can expect more than just exceptional food — they can look forward to memorable, inspired experiences that reflect the artistry and passion of our entire culinary team.
