We are pleased to announce the promotion of Emile Smith to Chef de Cuisine at Melvyn’s, effective Monday, September 15. Emile joined our culinary team as Sous Chef and has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, creativity, and dedication to excellence.

With his extensive experience, including leadership roles at Sands Hotel & Spa and Boozehounds, Emile brings both vision and passion to the kitchen. In his new role as Chef de Cuisine, Emile will oversee menu development, kitchen operations, and team leadership, continuing to uphold the high standards and legacy of Melvyn’s.
