“From Teppanyaki to 3 Michelin Star restaurants, Aric ianni is native to the Coachella Valley. After traveling for 14 years to train he has refined a creative and fun approach through his food and takes the helm as the Executive Chef at Boozehounds.”


Chef Aric was the perfect choice to take over and in the fall of 2021 the baton and kitchen was faithfully handed over! While Chef Aric continues to executeBoozehounds  favorites and menu staples, he has also added his own personal touches and signature dishes. We are incredibly lucky to have such a gifted chef providing our guests with an incredible dining experience!
