Diana Schweiger

As Wholesale Manager for Cuvaison and Brandlin Estate, Diana Schweiger combines deep Napa Valley heritage with decades of national wine industry experience. A member of one of Napa’s pioneering winemaking families, she began her career at Schweiger Vineyards on Spring Mountain, helping to build the family brand and its reputation for estate-grown excellence.

Over the years, Diana has held leadership and consulting roles with some of the world’s most recognized wine companies, including Diageo, Treasury Wine Estates, and Terlato Wines International. Her extensive background spans strategic distribution, brand development, and sales execution across key U.S. markets, with a focus on luxury and on-premise accounts.

Earlier in her career, Diana also held prestigious guest relations positions with The Walt Disney Corporation, where she developed her signature relationship-driven approach to hospitality—an ethos that continues to guide her work today.

At Cuvaison and Brandlin Estate, Diana leads wholesale operations with a blend of business insight, authenticity, and storytelling, partnering closely with Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits and top national accounts to bring these celebrated wines to discerning customers across the country.
