For the past 14 years, Nona Watson has been the Chief Executive Officer of the Palm Springs Chamber of Commerce.  She started her Chamber career in 1989 as the Administrative Assistant for the Victorville Chamber.  She accepted the CEO position for the La Mirada Chamber six years later.  She has also worked as CEO for the Brea Chamber and the Tulare Chamber before landing in Palm Springs in 2009.  She received her IOM from the Institute for Organization Management at UCLA in 1999.

Hernán Quintas is currently an anchor and reporter for Telemundo 15 news in Thousand Palms, California and will be informing residents of the Coachella Valley and surrounding areas Monday through Friday at 6pm and 11pm.   Before returning to the news field, Hernán served as press secretary and later as district director for Congressman Raúl Rúiz, representative in the United States Congress. During this period he had the opportunity to work with community members, local, national and international leaders, as well as high-level political figures.

Hernán was a reporter and presenter with Telemundo 15 in 2011 and previously he was also a reporter and producer with another local television station.    Originally from the state of Oaxaca, Mexico, Hernán is passionate about sports, including: soccer, hiking, mixed martial arts, and enjoys outdoor activities.    He is also a fan of international cuisine, with Latin American and Asian food being one of his favorites.

Daphne Brogdon is a host, chef, and comic who makes food as fun as it is delicious. Many know her from the Food Network show Daphne Dishes or her appearance on Beat Bobby Flay. These days, she’s cooking live on FoodTokTV, TikTok’s longest-running live cooking show, and sharing recipes and humor on her YouTube channel, Daphne Dishes Again.

A mom of two teens, Daphne brings wit, warmth, and flavor to everything she does—whether cooking for a pop-up, catering an event, or chatting with thousands of live viewers. As the widow and longtime collaborator of celebrated chef Mark Peel (Spago, Campanile, La Brea Bakery), she knows her way around a kitchen—and a good laugh.

Her mantra: Don’t be afraid to cook.

Brad Fuhr moved to the Coachella Valley in 2012, and started work to launch the LGBTQ website GayDesertGuide in 2013.  In 2018, he helped create dance hits KGAY 106.5 radio as part of a non-profit,  and purchased the station in 2021. In 2023, he added 103.1 FM  and now operates it as MeTV Music radio.  Both stations and their personalities are voted top on the Coachella Valley each year.  Brad resides in Palm Springs as the goodwill ambassador for all things “gay” in the Coachella Valley.
